As a New England native, Tatum has an intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to
make her home, your home. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, she strives to not
only serve her clients but to use her skills to create an agent-client relationship built on loyalty,
dedication, and open communication. She understands that buying or selling a home can often
be a deeply personal and sometimes emotional experience. This understanding of the process
drives her to make sure her clients feel completely supported with her as their trusted advisor.

Tatum Graduated from Emmanuel College, where she held a seat on the executive board of the
school’s online blog, also where she worked as an editor on the school’s literary magazine. After
graduating, Tatum went on to receive a paralegal certificate from Boston University. She then
worked as a real estate and estate paralegal in New Hampshire before further pursuing a career
in real estate with ERA Key Realty Team Blue.
